SICSS Retreat 2025 - Welcome to the registration page!

Take a moment to find out what our SICSS Retreat 2025 @ Theodor-Schwartz-Haus will be about:

The SICSS retreat aims at building a closer network within the SICSS doctoral members community. We believe that wide and stable networks will support you throughout your doctoral journey and may even trigger your professional journey in life to a great extent.

Our annual SICSS Retreats always comprise certain elements: (a) getting to know each other, (b) new members introduce themselves, (c) doctoral members in their final year give a talk, which is (d) evaluated by their peers and the best talks are honoured. Each year, we have (e) a special focus. This year's focus wll be on Peer Counseling. See the tab on the right.

And we always have (g) some leisure activities and lots of time to connect to your peers! Last but not least: (h) at the end you will select your new doctoral speakers.

Please note that the participation in the annual retreat is a mandatory element in the structural program of SICSS.

Please bring along:
