During the conference
During the conference, participants will be lodged at the Hotel Eden Roc in Sant Feliu de Guixols. The conference organizers will take care of all contacts with the hotel. We will reserve and book rooms for participants and accompanying persons based on the information provided via the registration form. Payment will be due directly at the hotel. The hotel rate will include full board and coffee breaks.
The Hotel rate per person for the whole conference (6 nights from September 9ht to 15th 2023 ) will be:
Single room: 705€
Double room: 590€
All contact with the hotel, especially registration, will be taken care of by the conference organizers on your behalf.
Sant Feliu de Guixols is located on the Costa Brava, 120 km north east of Barcelona and 30 km south from Girona. The hotel is on a rocky peninsula overlooking the sea.
