Workshop on HeudiConv & fMRIPrep / RTG 2753

We are pleased to announce a workshop on HeudiConv & fMRIPrep in the framework of the Methods Academy of the RTG 2753. Please find the details below: 

Dates and times: the 16^th & the 17^th of April

                                    Day 1: 09:00 – 14:00

                                    Day 2: 09:00 – 12:30 

Instructors: Sterre van de Langenberg and Fabian Dorok, University of Hamburg 

This two-part workshop will teach you how to convert raw neuroimaging data (DICOM format) into the standardized BIDS format and preprocess it using fMRIPrep. You'll gain hands-on experience with essential tools for reproducible neuroimaging research. 

What You Need to Bring

·         A laptop (Windows, Mac, or Linux)

·         Basic familiarity with command-line interfaces is helpful but not required

·         Your own neuroimaging data (optional - sample datasets will be provided)
