  involves cultural differences that shape a range of variables—such as a
 ttitudes towards time\, hierarchy\, and communication styles—but challen
 ges often arise when expectations remain unspoken or are interpreted diffe
 rently. This interactive workshop focuses on making expectations explicit:
  clarifying what is required within the university context while creating 
 space for dialogue and the co-creation of effective working styles. Partic
 ipants will leave with practical ways to set expectations early\, navigate
  differences\, and build a supervision style that combines clarity with fl
