 e - 8 modules on good supervision\nThe MIN Faculty at Universität Hamburg
  supports supervisors and doctoral researchers in navigating the increasin
 gly complex demands of academic supervision. This modular programme is pri
 marily designed for supervisors and co-supervisors within the MIN Faculty\
 , but participants from other faculties and institutions are very welcome 
 to join. \nAcross eight interactive workshops (3 hours each)\, participan
 ts explore key aspects of effective supervision – from communication and
  meetings to expectations\, conflict management\, and good scientific prac
 tice. All modules can be attended individually.\nWhat you gain from partic
 ipation:\n\nPractical skills for effective one-on-one supervision \nPreven
 ting conflicts by aligning expectations and clarifying roles \nTools for s
 tructuring meetings\, providing constructive feedback\, and handling chall
 enges \nApproaches to foster motivation\, self-organization\, and a produc
 tive research environment \nKnowledge of good scientific practice and ethi
 cal supervision\n\nParticipants who attend at least five modules\, includi
 ng Module 8\, receive the certificate “Certified Supervisor”\, which c
 an be included in academic CVs. A certificate of attendance is issued for
