 ntability Symposium - Israel Edition - 2026\, co-organized by the Institu
 te of Law & Economics at the University of Hamburg in collaboration with T
 he Hadar Jabotinsky Center\, will take place on September 2\, 2026\, at Be
 it HaMukhtar\, HaMeyasdim 44\, Zichron Yaakov\, Israel. This third edition
  of the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Symposium explores the crit
 ical intersection between artificial intelligence governance and corporate
  sustainability obligations under the EU's twin transformation agenda. As 
 organizations face simultaneous compliance requirements from the AI Act an
 d Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive\, the symposium address
 es urgent operational challenges including harmonizing risk assessment met
 hodologies\, managing conflicting disclosure requirements\, and integratin
 g due diligence processes across digital and sustainability domains. The o
 ne-day event combines expert presentations in workshop format with roundta
 ble discussions based on practical case scenarios\, facilitating structure
 d dialogue between academic researchers\, practitioners\, regulatory autho
 rities\, and corporate compliance officers. Young scholars are particularl
 y encouraged to participate in the interactive discussions. The symposium 
 is conducted in English with no registration fee\, though attendance is by
  invitation only for accepted presenters and approved registered participa
 nts.\nAbstract submissions of at least 500 words are due by July 1\, 2026\
 , with limited travel funding available for selected presenters. If there
