The conference takes place at Edmund-Siemers-Allee 1 (ESA Ost) of Universität Hamburg. This is the south-east end of the main campus of the university. The train station "Dammtor" is right across the street.
Due to limited parking, we strongly recommend taking public transportation (https://www.hvv.de/en).
Arrival by Plane:
The S-Bahn S1 takes you from Hamburg Airport to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (central station). From Hauptbahnhof, Dammtor is one stop away via the trains S11 (direction "Blankenese", only during rush hours), S21 (direction "Elbgaustraße") and S31 (direction "Altona"). Alternatively, you can exit the S1 at "Ohlsdorf" and take the U1 which brings you to "Stephansplatz".
Arrival by Train:
Long distance trains stop at Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (central station) and Dammtor. The urban trains („S-Bahn“) S11, S21 and S31 also operate between these stops. The subway trains („U-Bahn“) U1,U2 and U3 have stations in walking distance to the venue as well (U1: "Stephansplatz“, U2: "Gänsemarkt“ or "Schlump“, U3: "Schlump" ).
