Invoices
The invoice for your registration fee will be provided to you at the registration desk on the day of the conference. In case you unexpectedly cannot attend the conference, e-mail us after the end of the conference, and we will send you the invoice.
Cancellation policy
100% refunds for cancellation of “Early Bird” registrations are only feasible until May 28th. After that date, a full refund is not possible.
For all other registrations, we adhere to the following cancellation policy for the conference:
- If cancellations are received 60 days before the start of the OR 2023 conference, they will receive an 75 % refund of their paid registration.
- Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the start of the OR 2023 conference will receive a 50 % refund of their paid registration.
- Any cancellation received less than 30 days before the start of the conference will not be refunded.
- If the conference is turned into an online format in case of unforeseeable events, we will make refunds based on our ability to cancel commitments.
All refund requests must be sent by email to "gor2023.bwl@uni-hamburg.de". The effective date is the date of dispatch.
