The Psychtoolbox Workshop is offered as part of the Methods Academy of the RTG 2753 and will take place as follows:
18th to the 20th of April 2023, 09:00 - 15:00 on all three days
The course aims to familiarize the participants with various PTB functionalities, including creation and animation of stimuli, video and sound presentation, as well as creation of a graphical user interface with Matlab. The participants will strengthen their competence in programming with Matlab and PTB, and learn to design experimental setups from scratch.
The course plan will be modified based on the level and expectations of the participants after registration is complete.
Prerequisites: participants should have basic skills in Matlab and have pre-installed Matlab, Psychtoolbox, as well as GStreamer. More detailed info on software installation with links will be sent to registered participants.
The instructor, Dr. Dipl.-Psych. Andreas Sprenger, teaches at the Neurology Clinic of the Universität zu Lübeck.
