Code of Conduct

All meeting participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. Harassment or discrimination in any form will not be tolerated.

The organizers of the EPOC annual meeting encourage open, honest, respectful interactions of all participants, celebrate diversity and foster a collaborative, participatory environment for discussions, exchange and engagement. We want you to feel welcome and safe as well as seen and heard so we can discuss and advance science.

If you have any questions about the code of conduct or wish to report misconduct, please email epoc-admin@uni-hamburg.de

Note: This code of conduct is deliberately brief. It draws on various codes of conduct as best practice and inspiration such as RSE, FORCE11and ASSW.
