The SICSS course "Project and Time Management" is aimed at doctoral candidates who want to strengthen their projects and selfmanagement skills without letting private projects, family or hobbies suffer. This requires proven strategies, which you will strengthen your ability to take healthy and strategically wise decisions. The methods learned will help you structure your day more efficiently and ensure better management of the tasks and projects at hand - adapted to your own life situation. You will learn to use your available time for the most important tasks, to gain a clear overview of the actual situation and to prevent stressful situations. In addition, you will learn which methods you can use to define goals strategically, how to create a realistic time plan, how to deal with disruptions and "time eaters", how to organize yourself and your knowledge efficiently, how to recognize true resources, and how to master all challenges with confidence from the planning stage to the end.
