    GUI-based bulk importing and editing of records and files is a widely desired, highly useful feature, which will help to make the platform appealing to a much broader base of institutional users.

    We created a really low-level preview component the simply passes a link to certain files in a record to an external server that grabs the file and previews its contents. This opens up the possibility to let researchers provide their own previewing machanisms without having to maintain a lot of functionality inside Invenio.
