The SICSS course "Agile Sprints for your (doctoral) project" offers practical exercises, best practice examples and the opportunity to apply agile tools and techniques directly to your own complex (doctoral) projects.
The interactive workshop will be held by Robert Kötter from TwentyoneSkills and is open to young reserachers both phds and postdocs.
A sprint is a common agile method of dealing a topic in a short time. The aim of this short workshop is to get to know some agile methods and to examine exactly which of these methods can bring a real added value to your team. It offers a quick overview of the most common methods such as Design Thinking, Scrum, Sprint, Rapid Prototyping and visual tools such as Canvas.
