The Conference will take place in the Geomatikum building hosting most of the Earth System Sciences at Hamburg University. The Geomatikum building is located at Bundesstraße 55, 20146 Hamburg. The venue is located near the city centre of Hamburg and easy to reach by public transportation.

- From Hamburg Airport (HAM), take the S1 (direction Blankenese/Wedel).
- Travel to Barmbek (6 stops, ~15 minutes).

- At Barmbek, switch to the U3 (direction Schlump/Sternschanze).
- Travel to Schlump (7 stops, ~15 minutes).

- From Schlump, you can walk (~4 minutes) to the Geomatikum.
- By Taxi: A taxi ride takes about 20-30 minutes.
Arriving from the Central Station:

- Take U-Bahn Line U2 (direction Niendorf Nord) to Schlump (3 stops).
- Walk about 4 minutes to the Geomatikum or take Bus 4 or 5 (direction Hagenbecks Tierpark) to Bundesstraße (1 stop).
- By Taxi: A taxi ride takes about 10-15 minutes.
