Submission Process
To submit your contribution, you first have to submit your abstract using the Call for Abstracts. Once the abstract has been accepted, you can upload the full contribution under Submit Paper.
Paper Format
Submissions must be short papers with a length of 2–4 pages, excluding references but including figures and tables. Authors may include appendices; however, reviewers are not required to read them, and material contained in appendices will not be considered in the review or acceptance decision. All submissions must be prepared using the following template: https://www.overleaf.com/read/vbwsgjvkpyjt#58e0d7 [overleaf.com]
(which is based on the Frontiers of Computer Science Template) and submitted in PDF format.
This conference employs an open review process (reviewer and author identities are known).
Scope and Publication Policy
This conference is intended to provide a venue for early-stage researchers to present ongoing work, exchange ideas, and receive constructive feedback from the community. Accepted papers will not be formally published in the conference proceedings. Instead, authors will be invited to submit an extended version of their work to a special journal session after the event, incorporating insights and feedback gained during the workshop discussions.
Disclaimer
This workshop uses a template based on the Frontiers of Computer Science Template for consistency and readability.
