The RTG 2753 is pleased to announce a session on Supervision of student and research assistants in the framework of its Qualification programme. Please find the details below:

The session will provide you with input and include a moderated discussion on the following topics:
- Role, tasks and limitations of supervisors; handling expectations
- Supporting student and research assistants in their daily scientific work
- Supervision of Bachelor and Master theses
- Social aspects and tips for effective communication
- Existing guidelines from RTG labs
Registration is open only to members of RTG 2753.
Participants are requested to think of questions they would like to discuss during the workshop (these do not need to be shared in advance).
