Sometimes it can feel like we are drowning in data. The Protein Databank in Europe (PDBe) and Electron Microscopy Public Image Archive (EMPIAR) complement access to raw data with information about the data quality as well as the biology. With this workshop we will show you how to access and explore biological data, and how to use PDBe and EMPIAR to go beyond the raw data to the biology.
This virtual workshop will take the form of three afternoon online workshop sessions, combined with webinars that should be watched before the online sessions.
