Day 2: PDB deposition and advanced structure analysis
This session will cover tips and tricks for PDB data deposition, the analysis and comparison of ligand binding sites and interactions, the analysis and comparison of structural conformations and folds, and the analysis of macromolecular interactions.
The session will start with an ~ 30 minutes Q&A session on the material in the pre-recorded webinars. This will be followed by live tutorials where you will work through a series of exercises to learn to apply what you have learnt from the preparatory material.
To prepare for this session you should watch the pre-recorded webinars - these take a total of 1.5 hours.
