Day 1: Finding and visualising macromolecular structures at PDBe
This session will cover an introduction to the PDB archive, validation and limitations of PDB data, searching for structures at PDBe and getting an overview of available structural data with PDBe-KB.
The session will start with an ~ 30 minutes Q&A session on the material in the pre-recorded webinars. This will be followed by live tutorials where you will work through a series of exercises to learn to apply what you have learnt from the preparatory material.
To prepare for this session you should watch the pre-recorded webinars - these take a total of 2.5 hours.
