The RTG 2753 pleased to announce a Representational Similarity Analysis course in the framework of its Methods Academy.

Times: 09:00 to 13:00 on all three days

This interactive course will aim to introduce the fundamentals of the Representational Similarity Analysis including distance measures and decoding analyses, followed by structured Problem-Based Learning (PBL) breakout and coding sessions, during which the participants will tackle specific coding objectives in small groups and discuss the results and solutions together.
Participant Requirements:
- Each participant will be required to bring a laptop and have a registered Gmail account to be able to access Google Colab
- The participants will be encouraged to use Claude to speed up their coding

Dr. Arjen Alink is expert in neuroimaging methodology and developing advanced multivariate data analyses, currently working as a group leader of the ERC-funded Knowledge-based Vision Lab based at UKE, and head of research group at the Institute of Medical Psychology at Universität Lübeck. Ivana Tanasic and Nahid Hasan are doctoral researchers in Dr. Alink’s Knowledge-based Vision lab.
