2. Purpose
My data will be processed exclusively for the purpose to keep me updated on all issues concerning my conference participation.
3. Personal data
My name and address and my e-mail will be collected and processed and added to the conference participants database.
4. Recipients/categories of recipients
My personal data will be transmitted to the following recipients: University of Hamburg, Mittelweg 177, 20148 Hamburg.
5. Period of storage
My personal data will be stored for the following period: 10 years after the conference date 25-27/03/2022, due to the legal obligation to retain data. This data and information will be subsequently deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to me personally.
6. My rights
I have the following rights:
a) Voluntariness
I cannot be forced or pressured to declare or maintain my consent.
b) Right of withdrawal
I may withdraw my consent at any time, effective as of the date of withdrawal. This may be done either verbally or via email. I may be required to provide proof of identification. Upon receipt of my withdrawal, my data may no longer continue to be processed, and must be deleted immediately. This does not affect any previous processing of data and information.
c) Right to information
I have a right to information from the controller pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR.
7. Right to rectification
I may demand that the controller rectify any inaccurate data pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR.
a) Right to erasure
I have the right to have my personal data and information deleted by the controller “the right to be forgotten” pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR.
b) Restriction of processing
I have the right to restrict the processing my personal data pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR.
c) Right to lodge a complaint
I have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HmbBfDI) against the processing of my personal data.
