D: Das Bücherkoffer Programm von coach@school e.V. fördert das mehrsprachige Lesen und Erzählen und somit einen ressourcenorientierten Umgang mit Mehrsprachigkeit in Kita, Grundschule und dem häuslichen Umfeld. Unser Ziel ist, dass alle Kinder unabhängig von ihrer Herkunft faire Bildungschancen haben. Das Programm macht mehrsprachige Bücher in bis zu 50 Sprachen in der Schule und in der Familie verfügbar und lädt zum mehrsprachigen Lesen ein. So macht das Bücherkoffer Programm Mehrsprachigkeit und Vielfalt sichtbar, es stärkt Identität, interkulturelles Verständnis und Lesefreude, verbindet Bildungsorte und Familien und fördert das Lesen auf Deutsch und in der Familiensprache.
The multilingual Books on Wheels Program
Eng: The Books on Wheels Program, run by coach@school e.V., promotes multilingual reading and storytelling in daycare centers, elementary schools, and families (family literacy). Its aim is to ensure that all children have equal access to education, regardless of their background.
Parental involvement is a central focus of the program. It is the first multilingual reading program to combine educational settings such as daycare centers and schools with the home environment. The program focuses on continuous language education and literacy promotion during the transition from daycare center to elementary school. Using multilingual books in up to 50 languages, it awakens children‘s joy of reading, strengthens identity and promotes reading in German and in the family language.
